He was predeceased by: his wife Sally. He is survived by: his daughters, Penny Kuczynski (Jim) and Linda Michalica (Pete); his grandchildren, Adam Kuczynski (Nikki), David Kuczynski, Sara Schroeder (Randy), Brian Michalica and Evelyn Kuczynski; and his brother Donald (Lois). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Peace United Church of Christ or the American Diabetes Association appreciated.
