She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Henke and Marianne Henke; her brothers, Peter Henke, Mark Henke and Matthew Henke; and her brother-in-law Mike Schultz.
She is survived by: her former husband Jeffrey Hintz; her husband Jeff Hintz; her son Logan Hintz; her parents-in-law, Edward and JoAnn Hintz; and her sisters-in-law, Denise Richards, Tara Henke, Jennifer Schultz and Jackie Ruehbein (Joe). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
