He is survived by: his children, Theodore Miller, III (Ellie), Bethany Miller (Dugan), Shari Kakwitch (Kyle) and Kathy Pamonicutt (Shawn); his stepdaughter LuAnn Richmond (Craig); his grandchildren, Cordelain, Theodore IV, Louis, Aiden, Derrick, Dugan, Jr., Destiny, Dacey, Michael, Jr., Melvin, Morgun, Maliyah, Mariah, Shayleece, Sonny, Alicia, Danica, Keenan, Vance and Evan; his great grandchildren, Jenadi of Michael, III., Michaela, Nevaeh, Melvin, Jr., Carter, MaKaio and Kendall; and his siblings, Rae Gatz (Timothy), Rosalyn Katchenago (Randall), Laurie Waupoose (William), Marjorie Miller and Rebecca Robertson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
