It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laurie Barnes (Keshena, Wisconsin), born in Niagara Falls, New York, who passed away on May 30, 2019, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Shawanopenass and Flora Shawanopenass (Barnes); her stepfather Frank Munoz; her grandson Lance Fish; her niece Tammy Lett; and her brother-in-law Guy Grignon.
She is survived by: her daughters, Beth Waukau (Ron) of Keshena and Patricia Schanandore of Middle Village; her grandchildren, Carlese Tourtillott, Brianna Waukau, Charlene Tourtillott, Ronald, Waukau Jr. and Brayden Waukau; her great grandchildren, Anastasia Pernu and Andre Basina; her siblings, Roberta Grignon of Keshena, Toni Bundick (Ken) of Omro, Ardith Barnes (Darwin) of Shawano, Mario Munoz of Keshena, Kristie Lindner (Larry) of Shawano and John Martin of Bowler; her great-aunt Cynthia Gauthier of Keshena; and her former husband Dewey Schanandore of Green Bay. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
