He is survived by: his wife Joan Meekma; his children, John C. Orlowski, Jr., Dr. Janis Orlowski (Bill McNulty), Dana Orlowski, Jeff Orlowski (Barb Nelson), Juliann Giannini (Brett Theissing), Jeanne Smith (Tom), Judith Wrenn (Tony) and Joseph Orlowski; his grandchildren, Connor McNulty (Alison Burke), Chase Orlowski (Devin), Jason, Jessica, Jeremy Douglas, Nicholas Giannini (Katie), Ashley Prickette (Ryan), Amanda Olesiak (Bryan), Lauren Rose (Mike), Samantha Ging (Charles), Natalie Smith (Eric Johnson), Rebecca Smith (Paul Costagli), Madeline Russo (John), Michael Smith-Coronado (Mayra), Tyler Wrenn (Inna) and Haley Wrenn (Stan Bukowski); his sister Sally Reiter (Don); and his sister-in-law Judith Adamson. He is also survived by 15 great- grandchildren.
