We are sad to announce that on October 6, 2020, at the age of 77, Irene Violetta Waubanascum of Keshena, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Madeline "Patches" (Westcott) and Thomas "Buster" Whitney; her former husbands, Richard Groll and Bernard "Benno" Waubanascum; her daughter Kari Fernandez (Quintin); and her granddaughter Sarah Wahsquonaikezhik (late Shawahossoway "Shawash" "Skinny").
She is survived by: her children, Patti Hildebrand (Tony), Tony Groll (Carrie), Amy Domagalski (Phil) and Jacqui; her grandchildren, Alyson (Matt), Alyvia, Annalise, Rachel, Brittney (Daniel), Zach, Jesse (Katie), Harlan, Whitney, Rollan III, Aaron and Carlos; her great grandchildren, Holden, Dakota, Danika, Liam, Carson, Ophelia, Savannah, Serenity, Alicia, Rollan IV, Braidon and Kai; and her close friend Daniel "Boone" Wayka.
