He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry and Frances (Waupoose); and his siblings, Louis, Bernard, Gertrude, Colin Sr., Elizabeth, Lucille, Lawrence and Margaret.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Jeffrey Doxtator of Green Bay, Dakota Tomow of Shawano, Henry Tomow, III of Green Bay, April Williams (Nathan) of Michigan, Thomas Tomow, Sr. of Shawano, Sheila Hunter (Tim) of Illinois and Lana Jenkins (Randy); and his niece Brenda. He is also survived by nephews; and many other relatives and friends.
