He is survived by: his wife Marcia Ninham; his children, Richard South, Tami L. Ninham, Carol A. Sanapaw, Jean M. Wussow (Ryan), Gerald K. Sanapaw II (Patricia M.), Anthony W. Sanapaw (Colleen), Manihsaeh I. Sanapaw (Judith Boyd) and Brad L. Pecore; his grandchildren, Awaehsaeh-Enaeniw, Aden, Violet Rose, Waposohseh, Abraham, Sofiya, Jordan and Maverick; and his sisters, Leona Sanapaw, Barbara Wheelock and Shelby Kaquatosh (Leslie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
