He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann; his children, Allen Cutshaw (Chris), Rick Cutshaw (Annette), Jean Cox (Douglas), Clayton Cutshaw, Jr. (Tess) and Carol Kroening (Aaron); and his grandchildren, Trisha, Jesse, Ricky, Blake, Nick, Kristan, Christopher, Jonathan, Jennifer, Justin, Douglas Jr., Cassandra, Alicia, Rachel, Kayla, Cheyenne and Lucas. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
