We are sad to announce that on July 21, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Vernice Ostman of Kenosha, Wisconsin, born in Bagley, Minnesota. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Vernice leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Qvern and Gloria Qvern; and her significant other Richard Konopski. She is survived by: her daughters, Cheri Ostman and Diane Weiss (Chuck); her sister Mary Broshofske (Kenny); her granddaughter Courtney Greenwood (Ryne); her great grandchildren, Caleb Jarvis, Xavier Voda and Addison Greenwood; and her niece Sara Broshofske.
She was a member of the Audubon Society, the National Wildlife Foundation, and contributed to the World Wildlife Fund to support and protect those interests.
