He was predeceased by: his parents, Loretta Slagoski and Ranik; and his brother Raymond Slagoski. He is survived by: his husband Michael Quade; his daughter Barbara Williams (Slagoski); and his brothers, Kenneth Redlen, Robert Redlen and Gerald Slagoski. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, several great grandchildren.
