She is survived by: her children, Don Kirschbaum (Jan), Daniel Kirschbaum, Kris Hill (Mike) and Karen Dixon (Shawn); and her grandchildren, Dana Kirschbaum, Jordyn Kirschbaum and Kyle Hill.

In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the Kenosha Humane Society, St. Anne's Church or St. Croix Hospice in Sandy's name.
