He was predeceased by: his parents, Esther Maxwell and Walter Maxwell; and his sister Doris Duchac. He is survived by: his wife Arlene I. Heide; his children, Kris Kravik (Kerry), Diane Splinter (Gregory) and Mark Maxwell (Terry Tanking); his grandchildren, Kendra Tegtmeier (Zach), Kirstin Kravik (Jeremy Price), Heron Splinter and Mira Splinter; and his sister Helen Poppie (Dick). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
