He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Bohling, and Zola Maye Bohling, Sr.; and his siblings, Edward Bohling and Barbara Hawkins of Gary, Indiana.. He is survived by: his significant other Marjorie Smith; his significant other's daughters, Katherine, Sue, Tammy and Michelle; his brother-in-law George Pester (late Carol) of Hobart, Indiana; his nephew Paul; and his niece Marilyn. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Warren Funeral Home (1475 N Cemetery Rd, Gurnee, IL 60031).
