She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosemary F. Slagoski (DiCello) and Anthony Ruffalo; her daughter Kathleen Elizabeth Slagoski; and her sisters, Carol Davis, Sr. (Terry) and Donna Covelli (Umile).
She is survived by: her husband Gerald; her sons, Gerald Slagoski, Jr. and James Slagoski (Michelle); her grandchildren, JT Vasquez, Jordan and Nikkolas Slagoski; and her brother Anthony Ruffalo (Barb Karabetsos). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
