He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick McGowan and Marjorie McGowan (Smith); his son Russ Lee; and his siblings, Marilyn Eidsvoog, Frederick McGowan, James McGowan and William McGowan.
He is survived by: his wife Linda McGowan; and his sisters, Judith Donat and Kathleen McGowan.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 4:00 PM and at 5:00 PM at the Piasecki Funeral Home (3720 39th Ave, Kenosha, WI 53144).
