He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Mazzarelli and Lorraine Mazzarelli (Grbavac); his sister Barbara; his wife Patsy Mazzarelli; and his daughter Trista Sicilia.
He is survived by: his daughter Selina Sicilia (MaryJo McBurney) of Milwaukee, WI; his grandchildren, Kyle Martin and Megan Zitzke; and his siblings, Steve Mazzarelli (Karen Erickson), Jean Mazzarelli (Jerry Herrick), Linda Zapp-Flesch (Mike), Catherine Dodd (Eric), Margaret Rohs (Eric) and James Mazzarelli (Ella). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and other special family and friends.
