He is survived by: his children, Phillip Noto Jr. of Kenosha, Alison Norris (Justin) of Kenosha and Fallon Noto (Amber); and his siblings, Peter Noto of Milwaukee and Sandy Van Steel (Larry) of Kenosha. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
