She is survived by: her parent Olga Ludwig; her children, Jaymes Zak (Michael McMillan), Gary Zak (Darlene) and Donald Zak (Carol); her grandchildren, Lauren Newton (Trevor) and Adam Zak; her great grandchild Dashel Newton; her brother Joseph Ludwig; and her husband Eugene. She is also survived by many niece and nephews.
