She was predeceased by: her parents, Vidasto Evea and Marsiala Zarsadias Evea; her husband Harold; her uncle Chu Mata Ling Zarsadias; and her siblings, Norma Coburn and Billy Evea.
She is survived by: her sons, Douglas Scherer (Charlene), David Scherer (Rachel), Duwayne Scherer (Sue) and Dean Scherer (Sherry); her grandchildren, Donovan Scherer, Daniel Scherer, Kristina Morquecho, Monica Morquecho, Melissa White (Josh), Courtney Renaud (Greg), Kelsey Severson (Andrew), Kylie Birch (Jake), Matt Scherer and Nick Scherer; and her great grandchildren, Kevin, Nathan, Gabriella, Roman, Amellia, Auden and Emerson. She is also survived by cousins and many nieces and nephews.
