With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Linda Lou Ann Bennett-Norwood of Kenosha, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 27, 2025 at the age of 67. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Gardner and Virginia Mae Gardner Sr. (Carr); her spouse Cephus Norwood; her sons, Obadiah and Cephus Jr.; and her brothers, Willie Jr. and Freddie.

She is survived by: her children, Gregory Bennett Jr. of Kenosha and Tamara Norwood; and her siblings, Charles, DeWayne, Michael, Eddie, Jewel, Maryanne and Virginia. She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
