He is survived by: his son Frederick Parnell (Cassandra) of Marrero, LA; and his siblings, Harry Hampton of Zion, George Cutrer (Debra) of North Chicago and Ester Grimes (Rocky) of Kenosha. He is also survived by two grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Bruch-Hansen Funeral Home (6019 7th Ave, Kenosha, WI 53143). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
