He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Edwards and Anne Edwards (Malniquist); his sons, Donald and Dale; and his stepson Roger.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his daughter Lory; his stepdaughter Stacey; his grandchildren, Nerissa, Aaron, Adam, Kelsey, Lauren, Christian, Gabriel and Cole; his nephew Mark; and his great-nephew Jake. He is also survived by grandchildren and numerous other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to First United Methodist Church or the Wisconsin Parkinson Association would be greatly appreciated.
