She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Hoag and Nancy A. Kendrick; and her brothers, Stuart and Todd Hoag. She is survived by: her son Justin T. Bain (Jennifer) of Kenosha, WI; her siblings, Tammy Zirbel (Lester) of Bristol, WI and Scott Hoag (Jennifer) of Kaui, HI; her grandsons, Henry Thomas and Arthur Jame Bain; and her significant other Robert Zupan. She is also survived by 8 nieces and nephews.
