She was predeceased by: her parents, Herluf Nielsen and Arlene Nielsen (Bakken); her sister Linda Nielsen; and her daughter Sara Ptaschinski. She is survived by: her husband Dominic Ruffalo; her children, Travis Ptaschinski (Paula), Alex Ruffalo, Andy Ruffalo (Leslie) and Carrie Borst (Mike); and her sister Karen D'Alie (Anthony). She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 4th 2024 at 8:30 AM at the Kenosha Bible Church (5405 67th St, Kenosha, WI 53142). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 4th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Billy Graham Evangelical Association would be appreciated.
