He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Pursell and Fern Pursell (Hansche); and his sister Susan. He is survived by: his wife Karyn Pursell of Kenosha; his children, Sean Kelly of Kenosha, Kalyin Kelly of Kenosha and Kevin Pursell of Kenosha; and his grandchildren, Layonna, L'Zarion and Makiya.
The military honors will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery (21731 Spring St, Union Grove, WI 53182).
