We are sad to announce that on June 6, 2024, at the age of 82, Joan C. Mesner (Kenosha, Wisconsin) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Joan had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Joan may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John DiCello and Helen DiCello (Montemurro); her sister Annette DiCello; and her husband Frank Mesner. She was also cherished by cousins and friends.
