He was predeceased by: his parents, Maximillian and Guadalupe (Amanda); and his siblings, Sally Marquez (Mike), Ysidro Gutierrez (Adeline) and Maximillian Gutierrez, Jr..
He is survived by: his daughter Charlene Behrens; his sisters, Olivia Ramos and Esther Gutierrez; and also Patricia Amann. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
