He is survived by: his wife Debra Capelli; his in-laws, Angela Mandernack (Gary), Kelly Brown (Jay), John Capelli (Melanie) and Eugene Capelli (Lori); and his cousins, Sue Mohr (Jeff), Scott Wilson (Peggy), Eric Mohr and Emily Mohr. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great friends.

In lieu of flowers memorials to Rettungs – Haus Shepherds Inc. (6833 24th Ave) in Jeffrey's name are appreciated.
