Charles Bell wrote a sympathy message

“I would like to offer my condolences to the family of Hazel Diehl. She was a dear sister-in-law to me during the time I was married to Michael her brother. Hazel was a kind and gentle soul, who will be missed greatly. The world is poorer without her. God be with you as are my prayers and thoughts. Laura Bell”
