It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gladys Slaney of Kenosha, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 21, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan Orsburn and Edith Orsburn (Lowery); her siblings, Dorothy Larson (Tilman), Ada Kuamme (Lyle), Avanelle Kuamme (Merlin) and Lou Hanson (Kenny); and her brother-in-law Wyman Felton.
She is survived by: her children, Chris Baker (Ty) of West Salem, Tim Slaney (Sharon) of Sylvan, Loretta Maze (Michael) of Kenosha, Wayne Slaney (Nikki) of Chetek and Keith Slaney (Sarah) of Lone Rock; and her sisters, Carolyn Troxel (Wilbert) and Nancy Felton. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren;35 great-grandchildren 4 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Pratt Memorial Chapel (120 N Park St, Richland Center, WI 53581). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at the St. Patrick's Catholic Cemetery.
