He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin J. Packman and Ann M. Packman (Istvanek). He is survived by: his siblings, Gary "Bobby" Packman (Helen), Susan Bolton and Dianne Tryban (Jeffrey); and his niece Nikki. He is also survived by four nieces.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Bruch Funeral Home (3503 Roosevelt Rd, Kenosha, WI 53142). The military honors will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
