He is survived by: his wife Janet DeLacy of Kenosha; his children, Shannon DeLacy (Kristy) of Kenosha, Shawn DeLacy (Cari), Shala Mihm (Daniel), Shad DeLacy (Natalie) of Kenosha and Shavez DeLacy (Julia) of Kenosha; his sister Sandra Firmani (Tom) of Caledonia; and his grandchildren, Kade DeLacy (Lara) and Tyson DeLacy (Sarah).

Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses (7333 Green Bay Rd, Kenosha, WI 53142). A memorial service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
