With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Esther Martinez-Ziemba of Kenosha, Wisconsin, born in San Antonio, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 13, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Esther shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Esther farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her father Andres Martinez; and her granddaughter Morgan. She is survived by: her mother Margarita Martinez; and her children, Elizabeth Cruz (Jose) of Waukegan, IL, Catherine Carlsen of Kenosha, WI, Gil Chavez (Jen), Michelle McPherson of Mount Pleasant, WI, Melissa Ziemba-Swanson (David) of Winthrop Harbor, IL and John Ziemba Jr. (Amanda) of Trevor, WI.. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, her mother, five sisters, one brother, a host of nieces, nephews.
Memorial donations to St. Jude Children Research Hospital may be made in Esther's name.
