He was predeceased by: his father Charles J. Casey; his grandparents, Johnnie, Myrtle Casey, James and Cleo Evans; and his aunts and uncles, Jim Evans (Butch), Johnnie Casey, Sandra LeCastro and Jean Taylor-Casey.
He is survived by: his sons, Conner and Joseph; the mother of his children Sarah Matzl; his mother Candyce Evans; his stepmother Laurie Rehman (Bill); his siblings, Jonn Casey (Samantha), Christian Cloutier (Matt) and Michelle Sixel (Eric); his nieces and nephews, Charlie, Jaxon, Archer, Morgan and JoJo; his aunts, Jaynie Evans and Mellissa Koelsch; his uncle Joseph LeCastro; his cousins, Jamie Evans Ceniceros, James Evans, Nicholas LeCastro, Dawn Koelsch, Casey Koelsch, Robin Koelsch, Amanda Koelsch and Jessie Casey; his extended family, Mary Walters Kirkpatrick (Wayne), Dave Matzl (Rosemary Hertl), Ben, Tim Matzl, Jeremy, James (Diane), Steph, Austin, Emerald and Leighla; and his friend Tim Vromen.
