He is survived by: his mother Angelita Santiago of Kenosha; his wife Teresita Soto Ramos of Kenosha; his children, Gloria Cairo (Steven) of Kenosha and Scott Santiago; his stepsons, Luis Del Valle (Jessica), Joel Del Valle (Sakhone) and Javier Del Valle (Elia) of Kenosha; his siblings, Raymond Santiago (Rachel) of Kenosha, Steven Santiago (Raquel) of Kenosha, Gloria Caban (Antonio), Gladys Salus of Pleasant Prairie, Sarah Santiago, Reina Rivera (Dave) of Winthrop Harbor, IL, Alba Larsen of Kenosha, Margarita Soto (Alejo) of Puerto Rico, Darlene Soto (Juan) and Michelle Ynosencio (Ramon) of Kenosha; his grandchildren, Taylor Marin (Carlos), Tessa, Mayleen Santiago, Geneva, Gianni and Evalie Cairo; and his great grandchildren, Luciano and Leylani Marin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
