He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his son John Tokarz; his stepchildren, Johnny Franc and Zoey Delaney; his grandsons, JJ and Nathaniel; his sister-in-law Pam Tokarz; his niece Eva DiDonato (Guy); and his nephew Tim Grabowski (LeAnne).
