She was predeceased by: her parents, John Follak and Edna Follak (Heritz); her husband Harold German; and her siblings, Dorothy Buchholz (Norman), Lorraine Huntoon (Robert), Irene Reid (James) and Albert Follak (Virginia).

She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Buchholz, Diane Hagen (David Kangas) and Janis Buchholz; and her brother-in-law James Reid. She is also survived by niece as well as many other nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to New Life Lutheran Church, Kenosha.
