She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Hamblin and Jeannette Hamblin (Hanchett); her husband John Kuta; and her siblings, Dennis Hamblin, Richard Hamblin, Russell Hamblin, William Hamblin, Nello Schlub, Harley Hamblin and Rachel Hamblin.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph Kuta (Lila), Jackie Bangsberg (Mark), John Kuta and Julie Wolf (Bob). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions Dorothy's favorite charity, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, in her memory.
