It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donald Arthur Lois of Kenosha, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 16, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Lois and Magdalene Lois (Krift); his wife Charlene M. Merrill; his sisters, Gwen Ketterhagen (John) and Marilyn Matthews (Matt); and his father-in-law Dale Merrill.
He is survived by: his sons, Eric Lois (Amanda) of Kenosha, WI and Marc Lois (Brenda) of Kenosha, WI; his grandchildren, Ally Vaughn, Zoey Lois, Owen Lois and Charlotte Lois; his siblings, Dorothy Gayhart, Leonard Lois (Carol) and James Lois (Marilyn); his mother-in-law Grace Merrill; his siblings-in-law, Doug Merrill and Kim Daniels (Dave); and his close friend Ella Maxfield. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Proko Funeral Home & Crematory (5111 60th St, Kenosha, WI 53144). A prayer will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 9:15 AM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church (2224 45th St, Kenosha, WI 53140). A burial will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 11:45 AM at the Sunset Ridge Memorial Park (4300 Green Bay Rd, Kenosha, WI 53144).
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Holy Rosary Church or Holy Rosary Holy Name would be appreciated by the family.
