He was predeceased by: his parents, Christiaan Daalwyk and Audrey Van Daalwyk (Graves); and his brother Jay Van Daalwyk. He is survived by: his wife Diana; his children, Cara Ancevic (Ron), Christiaan Van Daalwyk (Erin) and Cass Schultz (Nathan); his grandchildren, Alec, Julia Ancevic, Eleanor, Evelyn Van Daalwyk, Isaac, Elise and Audrey Schultz; his sisters, Kaarin Risvold (Jerry) and Gigi Hauke (Donald); and his sisters-in-law, Gloria Van Daalwyk and Loretta Kallas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
