He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugo Culver and Inez Culver (Hall); and his former wife Carol M. Sunderland. He is survived by: his children, Phillip Culver (Kristina Del Frate), Rachel Fleming (Josh) and David Culver, Jr.; his grandchildren, Andrew (Brittany), Moriah, Nathaniel, Hans, Larz, Gianna and Marcella; and his great grandchild Thaddeus. He is also survived by his siblings and nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 4:00 PM and at 6:00 PM at the Piasecki Funeral Home (3720 39th Ave, Kenosha, WI 53144).
