He was predeceased by: his parents, John Stika and Doris Stika (Gray); and his brothers, Robert J. (Sandra) of Oakdale and Duane L. of Kenosha, Wisconsin.. He is survived by: his son Toryn J. Swartout; his significant other Dawn Swartout of Janesville, Wisconsin; and his brothers, Allan C. (Koleen) of Joliet and Terrance W. (Sue) of LaCrosse, Wisconsin.. He is also survived by nieces, a nephew, a grandniece and grandnephews.
