He is survived by: his brother Lee Allen (Beverly) of Hollister, MO; his sister-in-law Alice Busha; his niece Joan Dorsey; his nephew Gary Busha of Oshkosh, WI; and his friends, Carol Innes, Sue-An Carey and Rebecca Leopold.
