He was predeceased by : his parents, Oswald Arzt and Marie Arzt (Betthauser); his siblings, Alois, James Arzt and Margaret Arzt; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Arzt and Robert Morrissey.

He is survived by : his wife Julie Morrissey; his children, Patty Ignarski (Steve) of Pleasant Prairie, Pam Conforti of Appleton and Tom Arzt (Jennifer) of Pleasant Prairie; his grandchildren, Mitchell and Meghan Ignarski; his stepgrandchildren, Eric Ignarski and Dana Ignarski (Evan); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Anara, Kira and Marshall; his brother John Arzt (Karen); and his sister-in-law Ruth Arzt. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Mary's Catholic Church or the Kenosha Achievement Center would be appreciated by the family.
