He is survived by: his wife Patti Johnson; his children, Lynn Leitner (Matt), Dale Johnson (Carrie), Amie Reynolds (Tom), Sara Bell (Tom), Pam Muller and Mary Johnson (Jon Hansen); and his siblings, David Johnson (Mimi), Ken Johnson (Barb), Chris Johnson and Sue Thuresson. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.
