He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph and Caroline Dworak Sr. (Zeman); his parents-in-law, Harry and Eva Clarke; his brothers, Norval Dvorak, Florian Dworak and Franklin Dworak; and his siblings-in-law, Jean Dvorak, Loretta Dworak, Harry Clarke and Donald Wellner.
He is survived by: his wife Lavinia Dworak Jr. (Clarke); his children, John Dworak (Kathy) of Jackson, WI, Jane Peters (Thom) of Belleville, IL, Tom Dworak and Anne Snyder (Tracy) of Northfield, MN; his grandchildren, Justin, Ryan Dworak (Britni), Brianna, Nicola, Sarah Peters, Tyler and Megan Snyder; his great grandchild Reese Dworak; his sister Darlene Wellner; and his sisters-in-law, Darlene Dworak and Pamela Clarke. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
