Thomas Appleton Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Appleton (Kaukauna, Wisconsin), who passed away on October 18, 2018 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Flora; his parents, Chester Appleton and Elizabeth Appleton (Weiland); his siblings, Clark Appleton, Charles Appleton and Patricia Sutliff; his parent-in-law Bernard; his stepmother-in-law Joy Brouillard; and his sisters-in-law, Mavis Jansen (Lloyd) and Shirley Gottschalk (Ewald).

He is survived by: his children, Lori Hedtke (Rick) of Appleton, David Appleton of Kaukauna, Stephen Appleton of Kaukauna, Kim Walbrun (Scott) of Appleton and DeAnn Kohlbeck (Jeff) of Appleton; his grandsons, Derek Hedtke, Aaron Hedtke, Thomas Appleton, Jacob Appleton, Zachary Walbrun and Luke Walbrun; his siblings, Daniel Appleton (Nancy) of Kaukauna and Elizabeth Appleton of Appleton; and his siblings-in-law, Carol Appleton of Kaukauna and Tom Sutliff of West Virginia. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.

In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established for the Diabetes Foundation.
