He was predeceased by: his parents, Vilas Laux and Helen Laux (Parker). He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Wolf (Gary), Jeffry Laux (Shirley), Michael Laux (Linda), Jeanne Laux (John Day) and Dan Laux (Teri); his niece Sarah (Kory); and his pets, Andrew Wolf (Julie), Christopher Wolf (Angela), Carrie Laux, Brian Laux, Jason Laux (Lisa), Michael Laux (Sara), Rick Laux (Jill), Carli Hofman (Josh), Jami Severstad (Eric), Joshua Severson (Heather), Jacob Severson (Jenna), Jeffry Severson (Elizabeth), Justin Severson (Rich), Jordan Severson, Kristy White (Will), Katie Vomastic (Landon) and Tyler Laux (Amanda). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers a memorials may be made to the Kaukauna Lions Club.
