He is survived by: his wife Karen Fazendin; his children, Cassie Roberts (Matt), Ian Fazendin Sydney (Rachel) and Stephanie Hietpas (Zeek); his grandchildren, Drew, Ari, Chanel, Phillip, Mason and Blake; and his siblings, Jean Ann Ready (Richard), Mary Huelskamp, Tom Fazendin (LeeAnn), Ann Van Lankvelt and Tim Van Lankvelt (Tom).
